A good thing about making your own baby puree is that you can really come up with interesting combinations! For this one, I incorporated some crushed graham crackers to give it that “pie” taste. The sweetness for this dessert comes from the banana, so choose one that is fully ripe to naturally sweeten the plain yogurt. You could also use full-fat vanilla yogurt, but be advised that commercially prepared flavored baby yogurt also contain added sugars.
Allow the puree to chill in the refrigerator for an hour or so to allow the banana to marinade and become extra flavorful.
